Who can enquire about support?

You can enquire for yourself, for a family member or as a support coordinator or other referrer. The same short form adapts to who you are.

Which areas does ACE support?

ACE provides in-person disability support across Greater Sydney. Share your suburb when you enquire and we will confirm current availability.

Which ages does ACE support?

ACE welcomes enquiries for children, young people and adults. We will discuss the person's needs and whether ACE is the right service fit.

Is ACE a registered NDIS provider?

ACE's NDIS provider registration is currently in progress. We will clearly explain the funding arrangements ACE can accept before any service begins.

What happens after I enquire?

ACE will review your short enquiry and contact you to understand your goals, support needs, location and preferred next step. You do not need to provide detailed health information online.

Can I give feedback anonymously?

Yes. You can submit feedback or a complaint without giving your name or contact details. If you want a response, you can choose to identify yourself.
